Searching the metadata means searching criteria related to the whole document, like “country“ or “title“, but not within the documents themselves.
There are two different search modes for metadata:
The results will bring you to the overview (or starting) page of the documents, where you can navigate to the images, editions, or other versions of the document, and to the associated amendments.
- Basic search is an easy search engine based on one or more keywords.
- Advanced search is a more complex search engine for combined queries.
